Barn Dimensions and Details

  • Size of Tables in main area and in lofts - 60" Round   
  • Main Area Tables Seat 7-9 (most comfortably 8)
  • Small stainless 24" round high tables-  qty. 4- On lower level.
  • There are also 5- 30" round tables on deck.
  • 6- 36" round tables on lower level/ Cocktail area.
  • Medures can help with venue/ table arrangments with their state of the art layout software.
  • Spacing between lofts 20'
  • Window Measurement on back wall - 2 sets of windows approx 8' tall x 10' wide-  total window area approx 8' tall x 20' wide 
  • Seating on main level - 150-170
  • Total Capacity 250-280 with loft seating. 250 and below is most comfortable.


Rental FAQ's

Barn Rental Time

11 AM to 11 PM.   

Band (or DJ) to stop playing by 10 PM.

From 10 PM -11 PM Barn is to be cleared of all decor and personal belongings the night of the wedding.

*At this time we do not permit an extension of this time.


Walk through Rehearsal Times and Decorating set up times- please read entire paragraph! 

A 1 hour complimentary time slot during the week of your wedding can be coordinated with Jan to allow for a walk through of the ceremony, etc. - No food is to be brought in  during this 1 hour period.


Walk Throughs and Decorating times  are based on White Barn Availability!!

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY  Weddings may schedule their 1 hour walk through  MONDAY- WEDNESDAY- Based on availability, as Fridays and Saturdays  are typically booked with weddings. 


If the day prior to your event date is not booked with another event you may request the use of the barn from 12-4pm for decorating purposes And to do a walk through of your event. 


Please check in with Jan approximately 6 weeks prior to your event to check availability and schedule a time.  

Any personal belongings left overnight at the barn will be at your own risK.

Many couples also opt for an offsite location for their walk through and rehearsal dinner as well.


Need more time?  

For an additional $400* the Rehearsal and/ or decorating set up times time can be extended 2 hours and an onsite rehearsal dinner can also be arranged- 

 All rehearsals And/ or dinners must end by 7 pm.


*Food Costs are additional and all food must be purchased through Medures Catering, which will include appropriate numbers of servers and clean up.  


On-Site Projector- Videos or Slide shows can be burnt onto a dvd, or one can use a laptop with and HDMI connection. Projector supports Video ONLY, no sound.   All audio should be coordinated with the DJ.

Alcohol- All Beverages to be provided by the couple. Bartenders are coordinated through Medures.

Liability insurance is required - Wedsafe can be purchased through Medures Catering.

Other notes:

Please confirm table count before your wedding if you plan on purchasing specialty linens as we occasionally switch out tables/ sizes- Normally Medures provides linens.

NOTE:

For the Day of your wedding....

Only Bring in Kegs the day of your wedding and drop off on upper level.

Soft drinks, mixers,bottled and canned beer can be placed on lower level and will be iced down before event.

Decoration- All Decoration to be provided by the couple. 

We recommend light decor that can be set up the morning of the wedding and easily removed at the end of the evening. 

If more extravagant decor is desired, we recommend working with either a wedding planner or a decorator (such as All about Reclaimed- Jeff Double).  This makes for a much less stressful evening for everyone!!
