We're Getting Married!

White Barn's Primary Business is Weddings!! 

We have hosted hundreds of weddings and can't wait to help you with your special day!

We rent Friday, Saturdays and Sundays (with special discounts available for Friday and Sunday weddings).

Decor and other Flexibility

Personalize White Barn Space by bringing in your own décor.... Or, Hire a planner, decorator and/ or florist. You can do as little or as much as you want.   

Additionally, you may choose an outside party to make your unique, custom, wedding cake.

Wonderful Catering

Medures' Catering (priced separately) is White Barns' exclusive caterer.  In addition to fabulous food, they provide the servers, stock linens, stainless flatwear, and glass water goblets (for inside use). Bartenders can also be provided. (for an additional fee).

Medures will be happy to meet with you to do a tasting of their delicious food and can also show you different computerized barn table layouts, depending on the number of guests you will be entertaining....

Alcohol

Save $'s by providing your own alcohol. Alcohol Liability insurance is required (discuss with Medures Catering for more details).  Medures can also help you determine how much alcohol to purchase.

Ceremony

Choose to have your ceremony outside near our lovely new pavilion or inside (depending on weather and your preference). * Onsite Ceremony Fee applies 

Convenient Location

White Barn is conveniently located in Prospect, PA, which is close to I 79.  Pittsburgh, Youngstown, Meadville and Indiana are all within an hour drive.  See Directions page for more details.

Barn Rental

Barn rental time is 11 am to 11  pm (with DJ ending at 10 pm).  

Courtesy Walk Through Rehearsal 

Choose 1 hour during the week of your wedding (based on availability) to do a walk through of your wedding. 

Saturday weddings normally choose a Monday- Wednesday time frame and Friday Weddings quite often can choose a Monday-Wednesday or Thursday time frame (based on availability).
